Paiagallo is part of the “Vino Libero” (free wine) project, where the participating wineries are committed to working in a sustainable way, respecting the soil and the vineyard. The production is limited to a few thousand bottles. Paiagallo is an extremely traditional Barolo, an important and elegant wine, with a thousand facets and a great complexity, suitable for expert wine lovers who want to live a memorable experience.

Paiagallo 2016 has a bright ruby color with garnet reflections. The aromatic framework of this Barolo is based on ripe purple fruit: sour cherries, plums and blackberries, intertwined with spicy aromas such as cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. In the mouth it is rich of very well integrated tannins, which blend on the palate leaving a pleasant sensation of roundness, the acidity is optimal with fruity cross-references.
