Ines is a great white wine, coming from a single vineyard more than 50-year-old. The production of the bunches is limited due to the age of the plant, which produces few bunches yet of extreme concentration and richness. They will allow the wine to evolve for decades. To better favor its evolution, Ines is produced only in Magnum format and only in 2000 units. The 2019 vintage was the first to be available on the market, for this reason and for the exclusivity of the bottle, we recommend it to the most experienced collectors. The Montecucco area will be subject to a general increase in value in the coming years, being an area of extreme vocation for the vine, an ante litteram organic land, where the production has such a quality that it does not require external chemical interventions, neither in the vineyard nor in the cellar.
Ines is a wine with an elegant and floral nose in which acacia flowers are transformed into aromas of crunchy green fruit such as green apple and thigh pear, then grass just cut and an intense and deep note of citrus fruits that portends an evolution towards hints of hydrocarbon. In the mouth Ines is of an invigorating, sapid and mineral freshness with a citrus acidity that leads the sips to follow one to another. Despite its freshness it is a full-bodied wine with a very pleasant texture and that implies a considerable evolutionary potential.
