The “Lupo Bianco has a very deep, almost impenetrable ruby color. The olfactory range immediately offers fruity hints, of ripe fruit and jam: maraschino cherries and blackberry jam, which then give way to spices such as cinnamon and star anise. In the mouth is initially soft but then it come as a surprises the fresh lash, revealing a wine that is still young and with lively tannins, followed by a mineral finish with an excellent refinement.
